Yoga and Meditation

The name Surya Lanka is synonymous with excellent panchakarma and our cure remains at the heart of our services. However, to supplement this cure and ensure that our guests receive maximum benefits for both body and mind, yoga and meditation classes are conducted by a highly experienced, Indian trained instructor.

In addition to regular group classes, he will also offer special yoga asanas for specific medical problems.

Classes are conducted in English with German translation available on site.
